Home

Home is the first tab you'll land on. It shows:

  • Your current answering streak
  • Your participation over time
  • Your recent mood
  • Your personal vitals—Resources, Demands, and Work Life Balance (see My Vitals in the portal docs for what each of these means)
  • A summary of your personality/DISC-style profile
  • A card linking to your monthly Activation report

Use the toggle at the top to switch between a weekly and monthly view, and to compare your own numbers against your team or organization average.

If you're a manager, Home also includes a team view so you can see how your direct reports are doing as a group.
