Notifications and Settings

From Settings, you can:

• Upload or remove your profile photo
• Choose when and how you're notified about your daily question (push, email, or both, and roughly what time of day)
• Switch the app's theme (system, light, or dark)
• Change the language (system, English, or Spanish)
• Turn App Lock on or off
• Sign out

Changes here take effect immediately—there's no separate save step for most settings.
