Installing and Signing In
Getting the App
sayhii Mobile is available for iOS and Android. Here are the download links for each:
The app needs a couple of device permissions to work fully: A sayhii account on the backend so you can use the app, notifications (so you can hear about a new question or recognition), and photo library/camera access if you want to attach a photo to recognition or your profile.
Signing In
The first step is always the same: enter your work email address. From there, the sign-in experience depends on how your organization is set up—the same two options as the sayhii desktop app and portal.
sayhii Platform (Built-in Authentication)
If your organization uses sayhii's built-in authentication, you'll receive an emailed confirmation link. Tap it from any device to confirm your identity—you don't need to open the link on the same phone you started from.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO, entering your email opens a sign-in window using your company credentials, the same as on desktop or in the portal.
Registration
If you're not already loaded into sayhii through an HRIS integration or file upload, you'll be asked to fill in a short profile (department, job function, hire date, and similar) after signing in. This helps sayhii group your answers anonymously—it's never traced back to you individually.
