Recognition

Recognition lets you call out a teammate—or several at once—for something they did well.

Giving Recognition

From the Recognition tab, choose one or more people, add a note, optionally tag it with a theme, and attach a photo if you'd like. You can choose to share it to the organization's recognition wall, or keep it just between you and the recipient.

The Wall

The recognition wall is a shared feed of recognition your organization has chosen to make visible. You can react with an emoji or leave a comment on any post.

Moderation

The mobile app doesn't have an admin moderation view—approving or removing wall posts is done from the portal (see Recognition in the Organization docs). In the mobile app, the person who sent a post and the person who received it can each remove it themselves.

The Recognition tab shows a badge when there's something new for you to see.
