This page covers admin-only tools in the sayhii portal. It's visible to organization admins, not to regular team members.

Rollout is where administrators stage their go-live in waves, rather than turning questions on for everyone at once. Each wave is a column with its own start date—on that date, the people in that column get their invitation, and the daily question stays silent for them until then. Departments follow roster changes automatically, and anyone left unassigned lands in the final column.

Before a Rollout Exists

Until a rollout is created, the page shows a Set a start date prompt.

The date you set becomes the "Everyone else" date—the default start for anyone not placed in an earlier wave. From there, you can add waves in front of it, such as a pilot department or an early group, each with its own earlier date.

Select Create rollout to begin.
