Coverage

Manager & Admin Access

This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.

Coverage shows who sayhii is reaching across the organization and which response channels employees are using.

The page helps administrators understand where participation is coming from and identify areas where employees may not currently be reached by any available channel.

Coverage Summary

At the top of the page, users can see a high-level summary of current coverage.

This may include:

  • The total number of people in the organization.
  • The current coverage gap.
  • The number of people reached by each available channel.
  • The number of organizational units suppressed because they do not meet the anonymity threshold.

Reach by Unit

Coverage is also broken down by organizational unit so administrators can see how different parts of the organization are being reached.

For each available unit, users may see:

  • The unit or department name.
  • The number of people in the unit.
  • How many people were reached during the current reporting period.
  • How employees were reached across the available response channels.
  • The remaining coverage gap.

The response channels available may include the mobile app, portal, kiosk, and desktop prompt.

Coverage Gap

The Coverage Gap represents employees who did not answer through any available response channel during the reporting period.

This helps administrators identify where another method of reaching employees may be needed.

A person may answer through more than one channel, so channel totals should not be added together to calculate overall reach.

note

Groups with fewer than five respondents are suppressed to help protect employee anonymity. When a unit does not meet the reporting threshold, its coverage results may display as insufficient data rather than showing detailed channel information.
