Home for Admins

If you have access to view reports, Home expands into a dashboard—a quick view of what needs attention this week, with links to dig deeper.

Greeting & Org Context

At the top of the page, a personalized greeting reflects the time of day, and an organization label confirms which workspace you're viewing—useful if you manage more than one. An "Open scorecard" link takes you to the full, detailed scorecard view.

This Week's Signal

A banner highlights the single most important thing happening in the organization this week:

  • The theme driving the signal (for example, Recognition) and how much it has moved over the last month.
  • A context line explaining where the number comes from, such as the weekly org average and how many people have answered so far—useful for judging how much to trust the number.
  • A trend graph showing the theme's score over time, its current score, and its percent change.
  • An "Open theme" link for the full history and detail on that theme.

This Week's Priorities

Three cards—Priority 1, 2, and 3—highlight the organization's lowest-scoring themes, ranked, each with a suggested action:

  • The theme name, its score, and letter grade.
  • A short explanation of why the theme matters and what's likely driving the score.
  • An "Open playbook" link to a guide with concrete steps for improving that theme.

This is a prioritized list generated from the data.

Org Pulse & Participation

Four stat cards summarize the week:

  • Org Pulse – The overall average score across all themes this week, with a link to see it over time.
  • Participation – How many people have answered so far. This shows as unavailable if fewer than five people have responded, to protect anonymity.
  • This Week So Far – Whether any answers have come in yet this week.
  • Units Reporting – How many teams or units have enough responses to show data.

Organization Vitals

A row of vital signs—key themes tracked as a weekly average—each shown as a score out of 5 with a percent-change badge, for example Demands, Resources, and Work-Life Balance. A "See trend" link opens the Vitals page for the historical view.

Top Movers

A ranked list of which themes changed the most last month, org-wide, with bars showing direction and magnitude. This makes it easy to see what's trending up or down without opening every individual theme.

Themes

The start of a full themes list, with an "All themes" link into the Themes page for the complete, unfiltered list of every tracked theme.
