Activation

Your Monthly Activation is a personal report generated each month from your own answers. It's the same report that's emailed to you, made available here in the portal as well.

Each Monthly Activation brings together your recent vitals, your top themes, and a summary of how you compare to your organization—giving you a single, personal snapshot you can revisit anytime, not just when the email arrives. Past Monthly Activations stay available here, so you can check in on your own trends over time and use them as a starting point for any conversation you want to have with your manager about what's working and what isn't.

Eligibility

To receive a Monthly Activation, you need:

• Tenure – at least 45 days since your start date.
• Participation – you've answered at least 80% of your available questions across the trailing 90 days, not a calendar month.

Because the participation window is rolling rather than resetting each month, a stretch of missed questions can affect your eligibility for more than one Monthly Activation—it takes sustained answering to bring your 90-day rate back above the threshold.

What's Included

• Your Vitals – Demands, Resources, and Work-Life Balance, each shown as your own score alongside the organization average, a qualitative label (e.g. Moderate, Excellent), and a trend line over the last several months.
• Theme Spotlight – A closer look at one theme for the month (e.g. Recognition), including a short explanation of what the theme means and why it matters, plus your score, your group's score, and the organization's score, along with a trend graph over time.
• Your Top Themes – The themes where you scored highest that month, ranked.
• Where You Grew the Most – The theme with the biggest positive change since your last Monthly Activation, showing the before-and-after scores.
• Your Activation This Month – A set of personalized items designed to turn insights into action:
  • Skill Activation – A specific area or skill to focus on, based on your experience.
  • Monthly Connection – An encouraged connection with another person, usually a leader or manager, sometimes a colleague, with quick options to schedule time or send an email—turning insight into conversation and action.
  • Team Activation (Ice Breaker) – A lighthearted question meant to be shared with a group to spark conversation.
  • Personality Differences – A prompt highlighting how people differ (e.g. how they like to be recognized), with example options to discuss as a group.

Privacy

Monthly Activations are private to you. They're not visible to managers, admins, or anyone else in the organization, and your underlying responses are never surfaced—organizational reporting relies only on aggregated, anonymized data.
