Scorecard
This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.
Scorecard provides an organization-wide snapshot of how the organization is performing right now. It brings together the organization's overall pulse, participation, reporting coverage, Vitals, recent movement, and theme scores in one place.
The page is designed to give leaders a quick overview of current results before moving into other areas of Insights for additional detail.
Groups with fewer than five respondents are suppressed to help protect employee anonymity. When there is not enough participation to report a result, some sections of the Scorecard may display limited information or indicate that there is insufficient data.
This Week
At the top of the Scorecard, a summary highlights the organization's current story for the week.
This section may include:
- A headline summarizing the organization's current overall pulse.
- A notable increase or decrease occurring within one of the organization's measured areas.
- Additional context about the current reporting period.
- The organization's current Org Pulse score.
- The percentage change in the Org Pulse.
- A trend line showing how the Org Pulse has moved over recent reporting periods.
This section is intended to quickly surface what stands out most in the organization's current results.
Organization Summary
Below the weekly summary are several cards providing a high-level view of the organization's current reporting status.
Org Pulse
Org Pulse provides an overall view of the organization's current results across the themes included in the Scorecard.
The card may display:
- The current Org Pulse score for the week.
- A four-week average for comparison.
- A small trend graph showing recent movement.
Participation
Participation shows the level of employee participation included in the current reporting period. When enough employees have responded, this area can be used to understand how much of the organization is represented in the current results.
If fewer than five employees have answered, the participation result may be suppressed and display an insufficient-data message instead.
Units Reporting
Units Reporting shows how many organizational units currently have enough participation for their results to be displayed.
The card may include:
- The number of units currently reporting.
- The number of units suppressed because they fall below the anonymity threshold.
This provides additional context around how much of the organization is represented in the Scorecard.
Vitals
The Vitals section provides a quick view of the organization's current results across the three Vitals measured by sayhii.
Each Vital card may display:
- The Vital name.
- A descriptive rating of the current result.
- The current week's score.
- The four-week average.
- A trend line showing recent movement.
This section allows users to quickly compare the organization's current Vitals and identify areas that may be performing differently from their recent averages.
Top Movers
Top Movers highlights the areas that have experienced the greatest changes during the recent reporting period.
The section may display:
- The areas with the largest increases or decreases.
- The percentage change for each area.
- A visual bar showing the direction and relative size of the change.
Positive and negative movement can be viewed together, making it easier to identify where the organization's results have changed most significantly.
When organization-wide participation is below the reporting threshold, the Scorecard may indicate that the results for that reporting period are limited.
Themes
The Themes section provides a summary of all themes available to the organization.
Each theme card may include:
- The theme name.
- The organization's current letter grade.
- The current score as a percentage.
- Whether the result has increased, decreased, or remained relatively stable.
This section gives users a quick way to compare performance across the different areas measured by sayhii.
Users can also select Browse all to move into the broader Themes area for additional information about the organization's theme results.
