Manager & Admin Access

This page covers org-wide reporting tools. It's visible to organization admins and to managers with reporting access—not to every team member.

Actions turns the information gathered through sayhii into practical guidance leaders can use with their teams.

The page brings together the organization's current monthly theme and the areas that may benefit most from additional attention.

Monthly Theme​

At the top of the page, users can see the theme selected for the current month.

This section may include:

  • The current monthly theme.
  • A suggested action leaders can try with their team.
  • Conversation questions that can be used to guide discussion.

The monthly theme can change over time as the Activation program moves through different areas of focus.

Try With Your Team​

This section provides a practical suggestion related to the current monthly theme.

It is intended to give leaders a simple way to bring the topic into their team and turn the theme into an action or conversation.

Questions to Sit With​

Questions to Sit With provides reflection and discussion prompts connected to the monthly theme. These questions can be used individually or as conversation starters with a team.

Where to Focus​

Where to Focus highlights the areas sayhii currently identifies as priorities for the organization.

The page may display several priority cards. Each card can include:

  • The priority level.
  • The area being highlighted.
  • The current score.
  • The current letter grade.
  • How the score has changed over the recent reporting period.
  • The number of respondents represented.
  • A short explanation of the area.
  • A link to open the related Playbook.

The areas shown here can change depending on the organization's current results.

Action Playbook​

Selecting Open playbook opens a detailed Action Playbook for the selected priority area.

At the top of the Playbook, users can see:

  • The area the Playbook is focused on.
  • Its current score and letter grade.
  • How the score has changed over the recent reporting period.
  • Its current priority level.
  • A See the signal option to return to the related results.

Understanding the Area​

This section provides additional context about the selected area, including what it represents and why it may matter to employees and teams.

The specific content changes depending on which area is being viewed.

How This Playbook Was Chosen​

This section explains why the Playbook is being shown.

Playbooks are connected to the areas sayhii measures through the daily question process. As results change, sayhii can surface relevant guidance from the Activation library.

Team Action​

The Team Action section provides a practical activity or discussion that a leader can use with their team.

It is designed to help move from understanding the result to taking action around it.

Reflection Prompts​

Reflection Prompts provide questions that can be used during:

  • One-on-one conversations.
  • Team check-ins.
  • Manager discussions.
  • Other conversations related to the selected area.

The prompts and suggested actions will vary depending on the Playbook being viewed.
