Admin Dashboard

The admin dashboard is your command center for understanding how your organization is engaging with sayhii. It gives you a bird’s-eye view of participation, engagement trends, and emerging themes—so you can lead with insight, not guesswork.

tip

sayhii gives you the tools—but the real power comes from listening, learning, and acting.

Organization Overview

The Organization Overview tab shows a current snapshot of your participation metrics and user activity, based on the most recent dataset update.

You’ll see a full list of users enrolled in sayhii, along with their registration status:

  • Confirmed – User has successfully set up at least one device to begin receiving and answering questions.
  • Registered - These are users that have started, but not completed setting up their device.
  • Unregistered - Users configured in sayhii that have not started setting up their device.

Key metrics

  • Expected Users – The total number of users added to sayhii via file upload or HRIS integration.
  • Confirmed Users – Users who have registered and configured at least one device to receive questions.
  • Participation Rate – The percentage of Confirmed Users compared to Expected Users.
  • Questions Answered – Total number of responses submitted by users across the organization.
  • Questions Skipped – Total number of questions intentionally skipped using the Skip option in the app.
How These Values Are Calculated
  • All metrics reflect data as of the last dataset update.
  • Participation rate is calculated as: (Confirmed Users ÷ Expected Users) × 100.
  • Counts for answered and skipped questions include all activity since the organization began using sayhii.

Organization Timeline

The Organization Timeline shows how participation evolves over time, helping you spot trends, momentum shifts, and possible engagement dips.

Registration Progress

  • Displays the daily count of Registered Users, Confirmed Users, and Participation Rate.
  • Participation Rate reflects the percentage of Expected Users who have become Confirmed Users through the desktop or web app.
  • Sharp changes often reflect onboarding drives, staffing changes, or role reassignments.

Question Participation

  • Shows the daily number of Questions Answered and Questions Skipped.
  • Patterns can reveal engagement rhythms (e.g., higher participation on weekdays).
  • A rise in skips may signal survey fatigue or hesitancy to engage.
note

Both graphs display daily values from the start of your organization’s participation with sayhii.

Theme Analysis

Themes organize the feedback your team shares, helping you see strengths and opportunities at a glance.

On this page you’ll find:

  • Theme Trend Graph – Each point is a 7-day average of answers prior to the day shown, based on organization-level data for the selected theme.
  • Department Comparison Bar Chart – Compares 3-month rolling averages across departments (or department groups) for the selected theme.
  • Lowest Scoring Questions – Lists the five lowest scoring questions for the current theme, with at least 3 responses over the past 3 months.
tip

Use this page to pinpoint themes where organization-wide sentiment is changing, then drill into departments or questions for root causes.

Department Comparison

This page highlights how different teams are performing on key themes over the past 3 months.

Department Matrix

  • Displays average scores by department for each theme.
  • Blank rows – Departments/groups with fewer than 5 members.
  • Blank cells – No responses for that theme in the past 3 months.
  • Shows the 3-month rolling average for each department over time.
  • Helps track improvement or decline within specific teams.

Lowest Scoring Questions

  • Lists the 10 questions with the lowest overall scores (min. 3 responses), giving you a clear view of where to focus improvement efforts.
note

All averages on this page are based on the most recent 3 months of data.

Hierarchy Review

The Hierarchy Review page lets you explore department and manager hierarchies as they’re loaded into sayhii.

  • Department hierarchy shows groupings at each level and their participation stats.
  • Manager hierarchy shows direct reports and active engagement.
  • Useful for spotting missing assignments or incorrect reporting lines.
tip

If you notice unexpected gaps in participation, check this page to confirm that users are assigned to the correct department and manager.
